We are pleased to announce that on January 1, 2011, Bentley Heating & Air Conditioning has merged with Wilcox Fuel & Propane. This exciting new merger will expand your services and provide you with many new benefits.

We are very happy to welcome all of you to our existing family of loyal, full service heating oil and propane customers. The decision to merge was a natural one - we share many of the same principles and ideas about customer service. We felt by combining our talents, we will be able to better serve you in every aspect of your heating and air conditioning needs.

Bentley Heating & Air Conditioning will now be able to offer you more services, including automatic fuel delivery, fuel oil purchasing programs, additized heating oil, clean and green biofuel, propane, kerosene and diesel.

Dean Bentley, Bentley Heating & Air Conditioning's president, will be able to assist you with any questions you may have. Dean's wife Monica, son Dion and the company's existing and excellent crew - Matt, Mike and Chris - will be joining the Wilcox team. We hope to continue to merit the confidence you have placed in us.

Please note that as of the end of January 2011:

• Our new address is 1179 Boston Post Road, Westbrook, CT (the Wilcox Fuel office).
  
• Our new mailing address is PO Box 687, Westbrook, CT 06498.

• We will still keep the same web address, www.bentleyheating.com, and the same email address, bentley.hvac@sbcglobal.com.
  
• You may continue to make checks payable to Bentley Heating & Air Conditioning.
